Order Processing
Regular : Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day. 
Instant/Same-day : Our instant/same-day delivery service is available from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. 
 
Please note that orders placed outside of these hours or on national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. If you need urgent processing, please contact us via WhatsApp below, and we will help prioritize your request.

Payment confirmation is only required if you make a payment using Bank BCA. Click this link to do the confirmation.

  • PENDING/ON-HOLD: The order has been confirmed, but not yet paid.
  • WAITING CONFIRMATION: The customer has uploaded a transfer receipt and the payment is currently in the verification/checking process.
  • PROCESSING: The payment has been received (via VIRTUAL ACCOUNT, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, E-WALLET, PAYLATER, etc) is currently in the verification/checking process.
  • COMPLETED: Your purchase is in the process of packaging and will be shipped soon. You can check your order status right here.
  • FAILED/CANCELED: Your purchase has been cancel. No payment has been successfully made.
