An unboxing video is recorded before opening the package.
The exchange request is made within 1 day of receiving the item.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item to our warehouse and any subsequent shipping back to them, except in cases of defective items.

Record an uncut and unedited unboxing video before opening the package. This video serves as proof of the condition of the item upon receipt.
If no unboxing video is provided, the customer may not be eligible for an exchange.
