At KOHJI, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. While we do not offer returns, we are pleased to provide an exchange policy under specific conditions, except in cases where there is an error on our part, such as defective items or items that are out of stock, which can be exchanged for an alternative model available in our catalog. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand our process.

 

Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are permitted for size-related issues (too small or too large) to another model on our catalogue,but provided with:

The item is unworn, unaltered, and the original tags remain attached.

An unboxing video is recorded before opening the package.

The exchange request is made within 1 day of receiving the item.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item to our warehouse and any subsequent shipping back to them, except in cases of defective items.

 

Regular : Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Instant/Same-day : Our instant/same-day delivery service is available from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday.

 

Please note that orders placed outside of these hours or on national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. If you need urgent processing, please contact us via WhatsApp below, and we will help prioritize your request.

 

To ensure eligibility for exchanges, please adhere to the following:

Record an uncut and unedited unboxing video before opening the package. This video serves as proof of the condition of the item upon receipt.

If no unboxing video is provided, the customer may not be eligible for an exchange.

 

Domestic Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping within Jabodetabek on orders over IDR 500,000.

International Shipping: Free shipping on international orders over $500, subject to confirmation.

 

Product Representation: All images on our website are 100% real photographs taken with professional cameras. Please allow for slight color variations due to lighting and screen differences.

Sizing Tolerance: Manual sizing may vary by 2-3 cm, so please consider this when selecting your item.

Complimentary Service: Each shipment is lightly sprayed with perfume as a complimentary service. All items are brand new and unused. Due to high demand, our perfumes—REA (stronger scent) and KIREI (softer, more feminine tones)—are now available for purchase.
